This month, Chef Rico celebrates the timeless charm and culinary brilliance of Julia Child. Known for bringing French cuisine into American homes with warmth, wit, and fearless technique, Julia’s influence will be felt in every course of this special dinner.
The featured main dish will be a beautifully prepared half roasted chicken, basted with fresh herbs and compound butter, served with all the traditional trimmings. True to Julia’s spirit, each course will showcase classic flavors, thoughtful technique, and a touch of indulgence.
